The external unit is positioned outside of the building. The internal and external units are connected to one another via refrigerant lines and control cables. ◾ The hot air from the servers is drawn in at the rear, and the cooled air is expelled in front of the 482.6 mm (19˝) level. The waste heat is routed directly to the outside. As a result, room ventilation or airconditioning is not necessary.
